Results that last, but how come?

Recently I wrote a comment replying to a struggling participant on one of our challenges.

Slightly over half way through the program she slipped into consuming ‘naughty foods’ and alcohol, mentioning her workload as a justification.

This is not uncommon for people to fall flat on their faces at some point during our challenges. And it is a great thing! Here’s why.

You see, this is a challenge and as a human being you are bound to ‘fail’ at some point and the fact it is 90 days gives you the ultimate prize – winning against your identity, breaking through past barriers.

This is what produces long lasting trustworthy results. When you break past those mental blocks you lose weight, you become more attractive to others, it is like speaking and looking at a new human being.

I invite you to view any actual weight loss (and body fat % loss and toning) as a function of winning against your identity vs as the end goal itself.
